For the First time

Few days ago we went to the sea, it was the wary first time for baby Alon. He didn't liked it as much as being nagged and crawling on the blanket and eating the sand :)

Leather wrap bracelet - first time

I did it! And I loved every minute of making it. I've used this tuto, it's very clear and easy to follow.
It was a birthday gift for my cousin.

Cookies to die for, the healthy version

Those cookies were born out of a need for sweetness, but still needed to be as healthy as possible.

I had a can of Quacker, leftovers of dark chocolate and some walnuts, so here we go:

1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 egg
150g dark chocolate, coarsely chopped (or 2 drops of chocolate chips per cookie)
3/4 cup walnuts
1 cup plain flour
1 1/4 cups oats, oatmeal
Pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
*************
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 C degrees.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir the mixture till very thick.
Form dough into balls the size of walnuts, flatten them and place, not too crowded on a pan lined with baking paper. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let the cookies cool, and then remove them to the cookie box.
And there you have it
