Grilled veggies, very easy and oh so gooood


I love making those, it's healthy, delicious and takes no time at all to prepare and cook.
Here is how:

  1. Clean the fennel and cut it in 4, if it's small, cut it in 2
  2. Cut the cabbage
  3. Cut the eggplant
  4. Brush the fennel and eggplant with olive oil
  5. In the remaining olive oil add 1/2 lemon juice and brush a cabbage
  6. Sprinkle some kosher salt and seasoning of your choice (freshly ground pepper, "Montreal steak", etc.).
  7. Pop it into the oven (I don't use preheat oven) in high heat for 40-45 minutes until the veggies are nice and golden brown, usually if a fennel is big it could use another 15 minutes, just a fennel
