Butternut Squash For Dinner

It's new to me, I've never cooked it before. I L O V E it, it's sweet and comforting. We love it with feta cheese, somehow the saltiness of feta and sweetness of Butternut Squash is working great together.

2 Butternut Squash cut in pieces
1 red onion cut in quarters
10 unpeeled garlic cloves
Spray with olive oil add sea salt and crushed pepper


Cover the tray with aluminium foil and to the preheated oven - high heat

Bake for 1 hour, 20 minutes before remove aluminium foil and let it caramelize

  Serve
